Inside Sales Representative / Lease Consultant Location: Allen, TX | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE * $23.08/hr + Uncapped Commission (Typical OTE of $100k+) * Monday-Friday * Start Date: Mid April 2026 ROLE IMPACT As an Inside Sales Representative / Lease Consultant, you will be instrumental in securing lease agreements by engaging and converting landlord leads into signed deals. You'll manage the full sales lifecycle-from first contact to final documentation-while benefiting from a warm lead funnel and high earning potential. This role supports strategic revenue goals and provides direct visibility into your impact on business growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Conduct high-volume outbound calling and respond to inbound landlord leads * Build rapport quickly and identify decision-makers to move deals forward * Present and negotiate lease terms clearly and persuasively * Draft, review, and submit accurate lease documentation * Log and maintain precise CRM records of all interactions and agreements * Research and verify lease data using internal tools and public sources MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * 1-2 years of commission-based outbound sales experience * Strong phone presence and persuasive verbal communication skills * Comfortable multitasking and following structured processes * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word * High School Diploma or equivalent CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS * CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent) * Microsoft Excel, Word * VoIP calling systems * Internal sales enablement tools PREFERRED SKILLS * Experience in a call center or fast-paced customer service role * Proven record of exceeding sales targets or earning commission * Background in real estate or leasing environments
