In this role, you will convert warm landlord leads into signed lease agreements, owning the full sales cycle from first contact through final documentation. Your ability to control conversations, overcome objections, and close consistently will directly impact company growth—and your commission earnings. Location Allen, TX | Onsite Compensation & Schedule • $23.08/hr base + uncapped commission • Monday–Friday schedule • Full-time, W2 Role Impact You will manage a high-volume inside sales pipeline, engaging landlords, presenting lease solutions, and driving agreements to signature. Success in this role means consistently meeting or exceeding structured sales metrics, maintaining accurate CRM documentation, and contributing measurable revenue growth. Top performers demonstrate strong objection-handling skills, disciplined follow-up, and confidence in closing over the phone. Conduct high-volume outbound calls and manage warm inbound and qualified outbound landlord leads Identify decision-makers and move opportunities efficiently through the sales pipeline Present, position, and negotiate lease terms with confidence and clarity Prepare, review, and submit accurate lease agreements and documentation Maintain detailed CRM records of all calls, negotiations, and signed contracts Requirements 1–2 years of commission-based outbound inside sales experience in a corporate office environment (retail sales experience will not qualify) Proven ability to meet or exceed structured sales metrics and revenue targets Strong phone presence with persuasive, professional communication skills Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar customer relationship management systems) Microsoft Excel and Word VoIP phone systems and outbound dialers Internal sales enablement and lease management tools Preferred Skills Experience in high-volume call center or business-to-business (B2B) sales environments Track record of exceeding quotas and earning commission consistently Legal Notice By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
