These are just a few of the attributes we are seeking in our Loaner Vehicle Representative.
Daily responsibilities will include:
Monitoring availability of Loaner Fleet
Issuing loaner vehicles to Service customers
Walking around vehicle with customer to inspect for damage when vehicle is checked out and returned
Documenting all information pertaining to the transaction
Following up on exception vehicles
Ensuring all vehicles are clean an in proper working order
This is a value added service our clients have come to appreciate along with our exceptional Customer Service. We are seeking a candidate that will uphold these standards. Additionally, we are looking for:
Previous experience in a Customer Service, preferable in a similar role
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Data entry and computer knowledge
Availability to work Monday - Friday with rotating Saturday
