HR Director
Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 + bonus DOE

Key Responsibilities of the HR Director:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer processes.
- Process and oversee payroll for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Administer employee benefits including enrollments, changes, and employee support.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and providing guidance on policies.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.
- Manage workers’ compensation claims and coordinate return-to-work processes. Administer leave programs including FMLA and ADA.
Qualifications of the HR Director:
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably supporting payroll and benefits across multiple entities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, payroll processes, and benefits administration.
- Experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
