HR Director
Salary:
$85,000 – $110,000 + bonus DOE

Key Responsibilities of the HR Director:
Manage full-cycle recruiting including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer processes.
Process and oversee payroll for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Administer employee benefits including enrollments, changes, and employee support.
Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and providing guidance on policies.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.
Manage workers’ compensation claims and coordinate return-to-work processes. Administer leave programs including FMLA and ADA.
Qualifications of the HR Director:
5+ years of HR experience, preferably supporting payroll and benefits across multiple entities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, payroll processes, and benefits administration.
Experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
