Are you a data-driven, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments? Hi-Vac Corporation is looking for a Commercial Aftermarket Business Leader to lead our growing aftermarket business and drive meaningful operational impact.

In this role, you’ll shape the strategy, lead a talented team, and partner across the organization to strengthen dealer support, improve performance, and accelerate growth.

What You’ll Lead:

  • Develop and execute aftermarket parts sales strategies with clear revenue and margin goals
  • Manage and mentor teams across inside sales, customer service, and warranty
  • Optimize inventory performance through smart planning and min/max management
  • Improve pricing and margins using market and competitive insights
  • Own the full warranty lifecycle—from policy creation to claim resolution
  • Analyze dealer performance and implement strategies to boost sales and satisfaction
  • Monitor and improve key KPIs:
    • Parts fill rate
    • Warranty resolution time
  • Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Deliver actionable, data-driven insights to leadership
  • 5+ years in aftermarket parts, sales, or service (manufacturing experience preferred)
  • Proven leadership and team development experience
  • Strong business acumen with revenue or P&L responsibility
  • Excellent communicator with strong analytical and cross-functional skills
