Summary and Responsibilities
Within the Euronet Money Transfer segment, Xe Enterprise focuses on driving engagement with platforms and their clients by offering embedded payment solutions. The team integrates international payments into partner solutions, enabling payments within clients’ digital experiences. The Enterprise Sales Director – NAM is responsible for leading and closing deals with prospects and developing a scalable framework for the partnership program.
- Build on an existing portfolio of high-impact partnerships and develop and nurture a pipeline of qualified partnership prospects, serving as a key contributor to our sales strategy and execution.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, maintaining accountability for achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
- Conduct two-tier enterprise sales by developing partner relationships and closing deals with corporate clients within these ecosystems.
- Obtain a detailed understanding of the prospective client’s existing business and qualify it as a strong fit for our partner’s solutions.
- Articulate the value proposition of our solution and negotiate high-value commercial agreements with executives and senior decision-makers.
- Develop strong client relationships to expand wallet share, renew contracts, and foster long-term partnerships.
- Deepen relationships with embedded payment solution providers (such as ERPs and integrated platforms) and identify new market opportunities.
- Leverage our Payment API to unlock payment volume within enterprise-scale businesses and platforms.
- Expand our reach in known markets and develop new verticals.
- Shepherd clients through the onboarding and implementation process to reduce time to revenue.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand awareness.
- Provide feedback to the product roadmap based on clients’ unmet market needs.
- Stay informed of current trends in embedded finance and the international payments marketplace.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of sales and business development experience within banking, fintech, and platform companies in NAM (strength in US market required).
- Cross-border payments experience is preferred.
- Senior business development expertise with strong B2B relationship-building skills and a track record of selling complex, long-cycle deals across key segments.
- Knowledge of the software and fintech landscape, including embedded finance and partner integration models (embedded/APIs).
- Excellent business development instincts and cross-functional collaboration skills for working with product management, engineering, compliance, legal, and account teams.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence and communicate strategically and effectively.
- Results-driven approach focused on securing new, high-potential partnerships.
- Self-starter committed to continuous improvement.
- Internal champion for partners, fostering strong relationships with colleagues to proactively close deals.
- Strong analytical thinking, using various techniques to identify solutions and plan next steps.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Attention to detail for tracking initiatives, projects, and deliverables.
- Commitment to ethics and integrity, operating in alignment with the organization’s vision, values, and goals.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Ideal candidates are located in Denver, LA, or other major US cities.
