Marketing Events & Operations Manager, Enterprise Within the Euronet Money Transfer Segment, the Enterprise Marketing team develops and maintains the strategy and execution of marketing across our suite of payment brands within the B2B channel. Enterprise Marketing drives channel marketing and sales enablement for embedded international payments and remittance solutions across three brands: Dandelion, Xe, and Ria Money Transfer. This role spans Euronet’s entire Money Transfer Segment.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Marketing Operations Manager who is eager for growth, both personally and for the brands they represent. You will provide tactical support for day-to-day marketing activities, including CRM management, campaign execution, and sales enablement initiatives. You will also be a key resource for event planning and on-the-ground support for conferences and trade shows. This role requires excellent project management skills and attention to detail, as well as cross-functional collaboration skills to connect with the wider Money Transfer Segment, including sales, creative, legal, compliance, and external vendors.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Day-to-day
Own and manage CRM for data quality and reporting
Manage the flow of data between marketing and sales to enable sales activity and track ROI on marketing activity
Implement, improve and manage lead scoring models to increase the quality and conversion of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs)
Execute campaigns: deployment and tracking, including multi-channel marketing ROI, pipeline influence, and campaign performance tracking
Event Management
Manage all logistics for events, trade shows, etc., including vendor relationships, contracts, and team travel
Support post-event follow-up including lead capture and connection to CRM
On-the-ground event management: travel ahead to oversee all logistics from booth setup to staffing to booth breakdown
Manage brand assets and collateral for events to ensure consistent and impactful brand presence
Track event KPIs (leads, pipeline impact, ROI)
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree. Ideally located in Denver, LA or another major city in the US.
2-5 years experience in marketing operations, CRM management, and event marketing
A practical and data-driven mindset; thrives on combining data with real-world results and enjoys tracking, testing, and measuring marketing to drive results
Understanding of CRM ecosystems
Excellent communication skills; communicates and influences strategically and effectively
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Strong attention to detail to track initiatives, projects, and deliverables
Ethics and integrity; committed to organizational vision, values, and goals
Self-starter that aims for continuous improvement
Working Conditions & Physical Demands

Xe offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The estimated pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 depending on skills and experience.
