Senior Operations Leader – Continuous Improvement (Hands-On)
We are looking for a senior operations leader to drive continuous improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites in North America (US & Mexico).
This is not a corporate or purely strategic role — it’s a position for someone who thrives on the shop floor, solving real problems and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Driving improvements in KPIs such as efficiency, scrap, and productivity
- Leading initiatives directly on the plant floor (Gemba)
- Owning projects from root cause analysis through implementation and follow-up
- Collaborating closely with operations, engineering, and quality teams

- Strong experience in Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence in manufacturing
- Hands-on expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, VSM, and structured problem solving
