As the Executive Director, you will serve as the Administrator of the entire home health provider and be responsible for the oversight of day‑to‑day operations. This includes coordinating and completing assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long‑range objectives of the company, overseeing patient eligibility and the planning of services, implementing administrative practices, ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, enhancing the profitability of the agency, and motivating staff to provide high‑quality services. The position also serves as a liaison with management and other departments throughout the company.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and complete assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long‑range objectives of the company.
  • Oversee the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, plan services to be provided, and supervise total home health care.
  • Implement and maintain administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies that assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Enhance the profitability of the agency and motivate and retain qualified staff to ensure quality services are delivered.

Required Qualifications

  • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure with at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home healthcare or a related field.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance; access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Home care experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Pay & Benefits

Pay is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Salary ranges from $91,700 to $163,700 annually for full‑time employment.

Benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility requirements). All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
