BD Director — Small Molecule Discovery (West Coast)

A global CRDMO firm is seeking a BD Director for their small molecule drug discovery division on the West Coast. The ideal candidate will drive business development, engage with new biotech and pharma clients, and develop strategies to meet sales targets. With a Bachelor’s in Science and over 5 years of relevant experience, you will contribute to key initiatives and negotiate sales agreements. This role requires approximately 50% travel.
