We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collision repair and a deep understanding of automotive diagnostics. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of repairs for a wide range of vehicles, from passenger cars to trucks. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify damage and assess repair needs Utilize knowledge of automotive repair and mechanical systems to determine the most effective and cost-efficient methods for repairing damaged vehicles Prepare detailed estimates for vehicle repairs, including labor and parts costs Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of repairs Communicate with customers to discuss repair options and provide detailed estimates for their approval Keep accurate records of all estimates and repair work performed Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair methods Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions with customers and team members A strong background in automotive collision repair is preferred but not required. Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members. Proficiency with estimating software and other technical tools. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
