This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching markets, identifying opportunities others miss, and opening strategic conversations. The Role This is not a traditional high-volume SDR role. You will focus on strategic outbound effortsidentifying organizations, platforms, and communities that already work with landlords and real estate investors and opening conversations that expand RentRedi's reach. This role sits at the intersection of sales, growth, and ecosystem development and is ideal for someone who enjoys researching opportunities, crafting thoughtful outreach, and building relationships from scratch. What You'll Do Research and identify organizations, platforms, and communities aligned with RentRedi's target audience Initiate conversations with founders, executives, and growth leaders in the real estate ecosystem Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for the leadership team Track outreach activity and relationship development in Hubspot Test and refine messaging and outreach strategies Work closely with leadership to identify new growth opportunities What We're Looking For 14 years experience in sales development, business development, or outbound prospecting Strong research and prospecting skills Excellent written communication skills Comfortable reaching out to senior stakeholders Organized, self-motivated, and process-driven Interest in real estate, proptech, or SaaS is a plus Entrepreneurial mindset and curiosity about industry ecosystems What Success Looks Like Consistently generating qualified conversations with organizations serving landlords Building a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities Expanding RentRedi's presence across the real estate ecosystem Why Join RentRedi High-impact role with visibility to leadership Opportunity to help shape new growth initiatives Fast-growing proptech company serving thousands of landlords Fully remote team environment How to Apply If you're excited about this role, don't just submit a resume.
