Contracting Support Manager

Provides end-to-end contracting support for the business by managing intake through execution for External Partner Statements of Work (SOWs) and MDU (multi-dwelling unit) agreements. This role translates business requirements into clear contractual scope and deliverables, coordinates cross-functional reviews (Legal, Procurement, Finance, Operations), and ensures agreements align to approved deal economics, risk posture, and internal approval and signature requirements. The role is accountable for contract status visibility, cycle-time improvement, and consistent use of standard templates and contracting playbooks. Manage the full contract lifecycle, including intake, drafting and redlines, internal approvals, execution, and renewals or amendments. Draft and review external partner SOWs, including scope, deliverables, milestones, SLAs, pricing and rate cards, acceptance criteria, invoicing, and change control. Oversee MDU agreement workflow and governance for new agreements and amendments, ensuring required exhibits and attachments are complete and consistent. Ensure contract terms align with the approved deal or business case, including commercial terms, term and termination, responsibilities, service levels, and implementation or construction obligations as applicable. Identify and escalate contract risks related to liability, indemnity, insurance, confidentiality, data and security, intellectual property, and dispute resolution, and drive resolution in partnership with Legal and business stakeholders. Maintain and improve standard templates, clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks, and train stakeholders on "how to contract" basics. Provide status tracking and reporting on cycle times, bottlenecks, upcoming renewals, red-flag terms, and open items. Support vendor and partner onboarding requirements tied to contracting, as applicable, and ensure documentation is audit-ready. 5+ years of contract management and negotiation experience, including SOWs and service agreements. Strong knowledge of commercial contract terms and risk concepts. Excellent writing skills, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and a high level of organization and attention to detail. Advanced Excel modeling skills, with strong data hygiene and version control practices. Clear executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in telecom, OSP, or MDU environments, or in construction or services contracting. Experience with CLM and e-signature tools. Background in infrastructure, telecom, real estate, or MDU underwriting. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and/or SQL. Minimum Requirements: College degree and 5-7 years professional level experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or 9+ years professional level related experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
