Veterinary Receptionist

Animal Kindness Veterinary Hospital is looking for an outgoing and friendly receptionist with excellent customer service skills to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, independent, computer savvy, possesses excellent typing skills, provides great customer service, detail oriented, able to multi-task and reliable. Bilingual preferred. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients and patients in a friendly and professional manner Manage multi-phone lines efficiently Organize and schedule appointments/walk-ins as needed Process client cash, credit card & other payment transactions Maintaining office cleanliness and organization Qualifications: Proven experience as an outstanding Veterinary Receptionist Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner Time-management and organizational skills Handle stress and pressure with poise and tact Handle high volume of clients Excellent multi-tasking skills Ability to be confident around pets Previous experience with cornerstone desired You MUST be able to work weekends, non-major holidays and have a flexible schedule.
