Customer Service Representative
City: Livermore, CA. Position Summary The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides high-quality support to District Sales Managers, customers, and internal operational teams. This role is responsible for entering and managing customer orders, processing quotes, coordinating information across departments, and ensuring timely and accurate communication. The CSR helps maintain a smooth order-to-delivery process while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
Support District Sales Managers with daily needs, including processing quotes, checking product availability, and entering purchase orders. Provide customers with accurate information regarding products, pricing, lead times, and order status. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner. Assist customers with will-call orders and ensure smooth handoff of materials. Enter customer purchase orders accurately and promptly. Process sample orders, replacement orders, and issue Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) when required. Verify lead times and update ship dates by coordinating with production, purchasing, and logistics teams. Maintain production reports with updated notes to support communication with manufacturing. Research and resolve customer complaints or order discrepancies. Work cross-functionally to troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions. Ensure all resolutions are documented clearly for internal visibility. Process and maintain quotes, ensuring accuracy of all details. Assist various departments with tasks such as scanning, filing, and general clerical duties. Help set up meeting rooms, including arranging snacks, refreshments, and materials as needed. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $21.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
