This is a high-level CSR role requiring a candidate who is self-motivated, tech-savvy, and possesses a strong track record of success in office-based customer support. Key Responsibilities Phone Management: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and a positive attitude. Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Excel to track customer data, update orders, and maintain accurate records. Proactive Follow-up: Take ownership of customer inquiries from start to finish, ensuring timely and thorough follow-up to resolve any outstanding issues. Problem Solving: Navigate complex customer needs by providing clear information and efficient solutions. Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks and documentation as needed. Required Qualifications Experience: A minimum of 45 years of dedicated experience in a professional Customer Service Representative role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required (data entry, basic formulas, and navigating spreadsheets). Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to manage professional phone correspondence. Follow-up Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a "check-and-recheck" mindset to ensure no task falls through the cracks.
