As a Senior SEO & AI Search Strategist at Brandlight, you'll be a hands-on expert and trusted advisor helping enterprise brands win across both traditional SEO and the new era of AI-driven search. You'll blend sharp strategy with real execution, engage confidently with Fortune 500 marketing leadership, and translate Brandlight insights into measurable business impact.
This is a role for someone with deep domain mastery, strong presence, and a builder mindset who thrives at the frontier of search.
Salary Range: $115,000 - $240,000 a year Responsibilities Lead enterprise customers to measurable outcomes across SEO + AI search Build clear strategies and tactical plans customers can execute fast Serve as a trusted expert to both VPs and hands-on practitioners Turn product insights into high-impact use cases and adoption Create compelling narratives that increase buy-in and retention Partner with Product + R&D to shape features and customer value Requirements 7+ years of SEO experience, with hands-on execution in enterprise environments Deep mastery of SEO strategy, technical SEO, content systems, and performance measurement Strong understanding of AI-driven search and how brands win in generative discovery Trusted domain expert, holds the room, adapts quickly, and leads with confidence under pressure Clear grasp of enterprise marketing value and what matters to senior decision-makers Strong executive presence, crisp communication, and advisor-level credibility Autodidact mindset: curious, sharp, and constantly experimenting at the frontier High ownership, hunger to win, and excellent cross-functional collaboration Advantage
