Job Description & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly creative Global Brand Design & Packaging Art Director to help shape and elevate our brand across multiple touchpoints.
This role plays an important part in bringing our brand to life through original creative concepts and thoughtful design solutions that connect with consumers and strengthen our presence across both packaging and marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a strong visual designer and conceptual thinker who enjoys developing ideas from initial concept through final execution.
They are passionate about brand storytelling and understands how design can elevate both product packaging and marketing communications. As part of an internal creative team, this individual will collaborate with designers, brand marketing partners, and cross-functional teams to develop and present creative concepts translating strategic briefs into compelling visual solutions across a variety of brand and marketing channels.
This role offers the opportunity to learn within a global brand environment, contributing to product campaign development, packaging design, and creative production.
Develop packaging design explorations and iterations that support global product launches
Translate brand guidelines into visual design solutions and packaging layouts
Support the creative team in developing brand materials across marketing, packaging, and digital channels
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure packaging designs are visually compelling and manufacturable
Contribute to creative ideation and design development across brand initiatives
Stay informed on design and beauty industry trends to support innovative brand expression
Assist with the development of visual assets for global product and program launches
Participate in creative concept development for brand storytelling initiatives
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Arts, Advertising Art, or a related field (BFA in Graphic Design preferred)
1–3 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and visual design skills
Interest in brand design and packaging development
Experience in the beauty, fashion, or consumer goods industries is a plus
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
Curiosity and willingness to learn new aspects of the design process, including packaging development and creative production
