Our work spans brand partnerships, content strategy, and owned IP (including podcasts, product launches, and books) with a focus on thoughtful, high-quality collaborations. What You’ll Do Run brand partnerships end-to-end (from kickoff to recap) Manage communication with brand partners and creators across campaigns Keep timelines, deliverables, and approvals moving seamlessly Identify opportunities for creators and connect the dots across brands + talent Support on business development and grow into a more strategic role over time Handle invoicing, reporting, and internal organization across campaigns Who You Are 2–4 years of experience at an influencer/talent agency or brand-side partnerships role Have managed campaigns and worked directly with creators Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proactive and solution‑oriented — you take initiative and follow through Strong communicator with a polished, professional tone Business-minded with a solid understanding of the creator economy Excited by a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and eager to grow within it The Details Contract role (3–4 days/week) to start Based in New York (hybrid preferred) Opportunity to grow into a full‑time role #J-18808-Ljbffr
