Job Title: UX/UI Designer – Web & Mobile Product Design Work Location: Fort Lee, NJ (onsite role) Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Salary Range: $120,000-$140,000 (depending on experience) About the Opportunity: Our client is a diversified technology and digital services firm with a global footprint, specializing in software development, product innovation, and data-driven solutions. Role Overview: Our client is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a hands‑on, builder‑style role suited for someone who can execute high‑quality design work while also contributing to broader product and UX strategy. You will lead user experience and visual design efforts across a range of web and mobile products, working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex concepts into intuitive, user‑friendly interfaces. What You’ll Do: Lead end‑to‑end UX/UI design, from user research and journey mapping to wireframes and high‑fidelity prototypes Partner with product and engineering teams to define UX strategy and ensure feasibility across web, iOS, and Android platforms Build and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and developer‑ready assets Participate in design reviews, providing thoughtful, user‑centered feedback grounded in best practices Stay current on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate product quality What We’re Looking For: A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to create structure in ambiguous environments Strong sense of urgency with the ability to balance speed and quality High ownership mentality and comfort operating independently Requirements: 6+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally in consulting or agency environments supporting multiple clients or products Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web and native mobile (iOS/Android) design work Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD Experience working in agile environments alongside engineering teams Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Nice to Have: Familiarity with front‑end development (HTML/CSS) Experience with motion design or video tools for product content #J-18808-Ljbffr
