Position Title Brand & Content Marketing Specialist Location Irvine, CA Work Arrangement On‑site Position Summary The Brand & Content Marketing Specialist focuses on creating, refining, and managing high‑impact marketing content across digital, social, and presentation channels. This role develops brand‑aligned creative assets, supports digital advertising, manages the company’s presentation library, and collaborates with leadership on message consistency. Ideal for someone creative, strategic, and polished in both design and storytelling. Required Duties And Responsibilities Lead creation and refinement of marketing content for presentations, campaigns, and digital channels Build, polish, and maintain master decks and brand templates across departments Write, review, and edit marketing copy for social media, ads, landing pages, and collateral Support digital ad execution including uploading creative, reviewing performance, and updating copy Collaborate with design or creative teams to ensure brand consistency Provide creative feedback on video edits, graphics, photography, and production assets Assist with content planning and scheduling for LinkedIn and other channels Help manage brand asset libraries, ensuring content is current and high‑quality Work cross‑functionally with leadership and technical teams on message clarity Support event content needs (screens, signage, PDF handouts, campaign assets) Required Skills/Qualifications Experience working in defense, government or aerospace Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, presentation design, and storytelling Excellent writing, editing, and messaging skills Ability to provide creative critique and guide brand‑aligned visual execution Experience with content creation across social, digital, or web platforms Familiarity with digital advertising (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, or similar) Ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines Strong attention to detail, visual consistency, and brand alignment Preferred Skills/Qualifications Graphic design skills (Adobe CC, Canva, Figma) Video editing familiarity (Premiere, CapCut, etc.) Experience with analytics dashboards or A/B testing Knowledge of CMS tools for basic website updates Experience working in defense, government or aerospace Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field Clearance Level Required No clearance required Travel Required 10% – Occasional travel for events or production needs, if required Working Conditions The diversity of work conditions may range from an environment where there is little or no physical discomfort, such as a general office environment, to warehouse and other facilities. Physical Demands Must have the ability to stoop, stand, climb, occasionally lift a minimum of 25 lbs. Involves movement between departments, floors, and worksites to facilitate work. Primarily desk‑based work involving extended periods of sitting or computer use. Ability to work on a laptop or desktop for long durations while creating content or presentations. Light lifting of marketing materials, small packages, or equipment (up to 20–25 lbs). Occasional movement or setup of signage, collateral, or content displays for events. Standing or walking for short periods during events, content captures, or production support. Occasional travel to events, demos, or locations where light hands‑on assistance may be needed. Work Authorization Requirement Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without the need for current or future employment visa sponsorship. Salary $75,000 – $100,000 annually. Salary depends on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills, and/or other factors such as specialized or high‑demand professions. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible for an annual bonus. The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of salary or annual bonus.
