You will lead the company’s digital marketing strategy, content engine, and event presence , translating ideas into campaigns that generate engagement, pipeline, and brand authority. This role blends: Creative storytelling Marketing automation Experiential marketing You will work directly with the EVP of Growth Strategy and the sales team to build marketing initiatives that move the business forward. What You’ll Own Being AEB's go-to HubSpot Power User-- building and optimizing workflows, sequences, automations, and reports Designing and executing marketing campaigns that strengthen brand positioning and drive engagement Managing audience segmentation and content delivery strategies Partnering with the sales team to align marketing with revenue goals Analyzing campaign performance and turning data into strategic action Ensuring all marketing reflects the company’s brand, mission, and voice Lead strategy, execution, and impact for conference participation At AEBetancourt, everyone contributes to the success of the team. We’re looking for someone who: Works collaboratively across departments Supports teammates and celebrates wins Represents the company with professionalism and enthusiasm Participates actively in training, development, and company initiatives Brings forward new ideas, improvements, and innovation Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Data Analytics preferred 4+ years of marketing experience in a related role Hybrid work schedule aligned with company policy. Some travel (5-10%) is required for key events, conferences, and strategic initiatives. This is not a “maintain the marketing calendar” job. This is a build the marketing engine role.
