Corporate Tax Senior Manager Location:
Houston, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Employment Type:
Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Lead corporate tax compliance, planning, and consulting engagements
Manage ASC 740 tax provision (preparation and/or review)
Oversee multiple client projects and ensure quality delivery
Review complex tax returns and identify tax‑saving opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Mentor, train, and develop team members
Support business development and growth initiatives
Collaborate with internal tax specialists and cross‑functional teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Active CPA or JD (required)
5–7+ years of tax compliance or consulting experience
Strong experience with
ASC 740 tax provision
Background in
public accounting (Top 20 firms preferred)
Willingness to work
hybrid (3 days onsite)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
OneSource Tax Provision
Experience working with large or complex corporate clients
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and corporate tax regulations
