contract

Contract Duration 12+ Months
Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Analyst, CRM Analyst, or similar role
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud (workflows, flows, reports, dashboards, page layouts)
Experience analyzing and improving end‑to‑end sales processes and CRM systems
Ability to create user stories, process flows, and functional documentation
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration and UAT testing
Understanding of managed packages vs. custom‑built solutions
Experience with business process automation and orchestration tools
Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar
Working knowledge of Apex (basic), APIs, JSON, data structures, and data models
Desired Skills & Experience
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Business Analyst)
Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and mobile optimization
Exposure to integration tools such as MuleSoft or other middleware platforms
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown
Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Lightning Experience)
Reporting & dashboards, automation (flows/workflows)
Integrations, APIs, and data structures (JSON)
Third‑party tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com)
Daily Responsibilities
Analyze and document current Salesforce configurations, workflows, and data structures
Design and recommend future‑state CRM solutions and enhancements
Gather requirements and translate into user stories and functional specs
Collaborate with technical teams on configurations and integrations
Build and validate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
Support automation initiatives aligned with sales operations goals
Perform testing (UAT) and deployment support
Deliver training, documentation, and user adoption strategies
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and leadership
