POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support a small team during a maternity leave coverage. This role involves processing client files in a structured, repetitive workflow and requires a high level of accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Process incoming client files and determine appropriate payment handling (including identifying when payments are bypassed)
Accurately enter data following a strict, step-by-step process
Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure data integrity
Perform repetitive tasks with consistency and precision
Utilize Excel for basic data organization, including working with columns and tables
Follow established workflows without deviation; ability to avoid overanalyzing tasks is important
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow structured processes and instructions precisely
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (columns, tables, data entry)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a repetitive, process-driven environment
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred).
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
