Key Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Help individuals and families understand available benefit options
Guide clients through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
Maintain accurate and organized digital records
Provide excellent customer service and responsive follow-up communication
Participate in weekly training sessions and mentorship meetings
Build strong client relationships that support long-term success
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organized and self-motivated professionals comfortable working independently
Confident presenting information through virtual meetings
Familiar with video conferencing platforms and digital tools
Motivated by meaningful, service-driven work
Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
Authorized to work in the United States
Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based laptop or desktop with webcam capability
