Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families through Zoom Understand client needs and present appropriate benefit options Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with company standards Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and coaching calls Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and achieve team goals Who Thrives in This Role
Strong communicators comfortable presenting information through video meetings Self-motivated professionals who work well independently Organized individuals comfortable using digital tools and cloud-based systems Service-oriented candidates who enjoy helping others Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful but not required Requirements
