Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with union members and credit union clients through Zoom Understand client needs and explain available supplemental benefit options Provide clear guidance through the enrollment process Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with documentation standards Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and team development sessions Build professional relationships that support long-term client satisfaction Who Thrives in This Role
Strong communicators who enjoy helping others Organized professionals comfortable working independently Individuals confident using video conferencing and digital platforms Candidates motivated by personal growth and career advancement Experience in insurance, financial services, client service, or consulting is helpful but not required Requirements
