Position Overview The

Advanced Insurance Account Representative

is a senior team member focused on higher-value sales and account management. The role combines consultative selling with mentorship and internal development work. This role requires strong product knowledge and a proven ability to close sales while supporting newer team members through coaching and content development. This position is ideal for someone who has mastered the fundamentals of insurance sales and customer service, and is ready to take on more complex accounts and mentor less experienced team members. This role combines proactive sales with internal development and leadership.

Essential Responsibilities

Handle inbound client calls, policy inquiries, billing issues, and claim-related questions.

Conduct high-level sales conversations with prospects and existing clients.

Assist clients in identifying appropriate auto, home, and life insurance products.

Assist with cross-selling strategies and campaign execution.

Provide guidance and support to junior team members, developing training materials and assisting with their onboarding and ongoing development.

Create and update sales training materials and resources for team use.

Requirements

2+ years in insurance sales or a related field with proven sales success.

Strong ability to engage with clients, provide solutions, and close sales. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Property/Casualty insurance license required; Life/Health license is a plus (or must obtain within 60 days of hire).

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; strong attention to detail and customer service focus.

Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience training or mentoring is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Compensation $50,000–$58,000 per year + bonus (up to $10,000 annually).
