MISSION
The role's mission is to support and execute daily precious metals trading and transaction activities with commercial banks, trading clients, and end users in the Greater China region, ensuring accurate trade processing, documentation, reconciliation, and high-quality client service. MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute and support daily precious metals trading and transaction activities with commercial banks, precious metals trading clients and precious metal end-users in the Greater China region
Follow up on customer orders to ensure timely and accurate trade execution.
Prepare and manage daily documentation related to trade execution, transaction processing and settlement procedures
Accurately record daily trades and transactions in the relevant systems.
Perform daily reconciliation of trades, transactions, and settlement records.
Coordinate with internal teams and external counterparties to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction flow.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, International Trade, Economics, or a related discipline
2–5 years of relevant experience in the precious metals industry
Experience in leading players within the same industry an asset
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment
Proficiency in Office 365 and trade-related systems
Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written)
