MISSION
The role’s mission is to drive business growth and oversee daily precious metals trading and transaction activities across the Greater China region. This includes developing new client relationships, strengthening and expanding existing partnerships, and ensuring precise trade execution supported by clear, timely communication.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive business growth by proactively identifying, developing, and converting new opportunities in gold, silver, and platinum group metals, strengthening market position and revenue generation.
Cultivate and deepen existing client relationships through rigorous follow-up on transactions, proactive identification of cross‑selling opportunities, and the delivery of timely market intelligence and execution updates.
Oversee and execute daily trading and transaction activities with precision, ensuring operational accuracy, risk awareness, and clear, effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, International Trade, Economics, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the precious metals industry within the Greater China region.
Candidates with extensive industry experience or an established customer base may be considered with adjusted qualification requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Strong customer orientation and relationship management.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written).
