Job Description
The Business Development Representative is responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads, qualify interest, and schedule appointments or hand off opportunities to the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle objections while accurately tracking interactions in a CRM system. Typical daily activity may include 100-150+ calls, follow-ups, and basic data entry.

Prior experience in a call center or customer service role.
Strong communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office and tech savvy.
