Schedule appointments or transfer opportunities to the sales team. Handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive and persuasive demeanor. Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes in the company's system. Follow up on previous communications to nurture leads and build relationships. Respond to inbound calls and inquiries when necessary. Perform basic data entry tasks to ensure records are updated and organized. Collaborate with team members to optimize customer outreach strategies. Maintain a strong understanding of company services to effectively communicate with customers. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. Proficiency in managing both inbound and outbound calls. Strong skills in handling objections and maintaining composure under pressure. Experience with order entry and accurate data documentation. Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
