BDC Agents
to join our growing team. As a BDC Representative, you’ll handle inbound and outbound communications, set appointments, and help drive traffic to one of the busiest dealerships in the region. What You’ll Do
Answer incoming calls, internet leads, and customer inquiries promptly Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to follow up with customers Schedule sales and service appointments Confirm and manage daily appointment schedules Maintain accurate customer records in CRM Follow up with unsold leads and missed appointments Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience What We’re Looking For
Strong phone and communication skills Comfortable handling high call volume and multitasking Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems quickly Positive attitude and strong work ethic Sales, customer service, or call center experience is a plus Automotive experience is helpful, but not required What We Offer
