KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, expanding contacts and executing account strategies Drive revenue growth and expand market share across target industries including industrial, civil, energy, commercial, and demolition Manage existing accounts while generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach Customize sales presentations based on customer needs and current market conditions Submit orders accurately using pricing and product knowledge Monitor competition, pricing, and market trends; recommend improvements based on market feedback Participate in industry groups and networking opportunities Provide reporting on calls, activity, and territory performance Resolve customer issues through proactive problem solving Track and maintain customer and sales data in Pipedrive CRM WHAT YOU BRING
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
2–4 year degree preferred, but not required EXPERIENCE
3–5 years in sales within heavy equipment industry, or 5+ years in a related field TECHNICAL SKILLS
Proficient in Pipedrive, SharePoint/Teams, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) CORE SKILLS
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task, excellent communication (oral and written) CUSTOMER FOCUS
Excellent customer service skills with knowledge of sales and customer relations practices OTHER
Valid driver’s license with driving record in good standing BENEFITS
