We’re looking for a friendly, knowledgeable Bike Retail Sales Specialist who enjoys connecting with riders of all experience levels. This role is all about creating a welcoming environment, offering honest guidance, and helping customers find the bikes, gear, and service solutions that fit their needs.
⭐ What You’ll Do
Greet customers and create a positive, approachable shop atmosphere Listen to riders’ goals and recommend bikes, components, apparel, and accessories Share accurate product knowledge and real‑world cycling insights Assist with test rides, basic fit considerations, and purchase decisions Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well‑merchandised Collaborate with mechanics and service staff to ensure smooth customer handoffs Support shop events, group rides, and community engagement when needed What You Bring
