What Drives Success As a District Manager, you will be accountable for achieving team sales targets within a defined geographic area. Serving as the primary sales leader, you will oversee the daily operations of the field sales team to ensure consistent execution and performance.

What You Will Be Doing
Develop comprehensive sales strategies and budgets to meet and exceed sales goals
Review and authorize sales agreements, ensuring profitability and strategic alignment
Occasionally engage in direct sales activities with priority accounts
Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to direct reports to optimize their performance and growth
Cultivate a positive and inclusive team culture that reflects the company’s core values
Take full ownership of your assigned district, including market share growth, financial performance, safety, sales, and strategic development of your business segment
What We Are Looking For Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 8 years related experience. Must have an understanding of the business impact of sales contracts and selling expenses. Must be able to manage the work of team members to optimize performance. Requires expert abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time. Requires knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. Knows principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Must have excellent written and verbal communication. Requires substantial industry and product knowledge. Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
What We Offer Compensation : This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between
$182,400 - $239,400
annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
