The Marketing and Communications Specialist executes regional marketing, branding, and communications initiatives through high‑quality content development, digital publishing, asset production, writing and coordination/project management support. This role ensures brand and messaging consistency, timely delivery, and operational excellence across communication channels under the direction of the Regional Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and publish communication materials such as articles, announcements, social media posts, presentations, and supporting messages for internal and external audiences with guidance from the regional Manager.
Develop visuals, templates, and communication assets that follow brand and messaging guidelines and contribute to the creation of on‑brand materials.
Prepare intranet updates, employee messages, event related materials, and other operational communication deliverables to support internal engagement.
Assist with digital and social channel activity by posting content, monitoring engagement, gathering basic analytics, and supporting campaigns as guided by the Manager.
Coordinate project activities by organizing timelines, monitoring review steps, tracking required approvals, and maintaining relevant assets in the designated systems.
Collaborate with cross functional teams such as HR, Engineering, and Legal to ensure accuracy and alignment of communication materials before publication.
Produce multimedia content such as graphics, presentation visuals, or simple video/script inputs; maintain the digital asset library; and support basic KPI tracking related to communication activities.
Maintain version control and organized file structures, update templates and document libraries, and track required approvals to support consistent communication processes.
Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or related field.
Experience
1-4 years of experience in communications, marketing, or branding
Demonstrated portfolio of writing and visual content
Experience working within brand guidelines
Experience in B2B, automotive, or industrial environments preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Ability
Strong writing and editing fundamentals
Basic visual and presentation design skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
Strong communication and organisational skills
Fluency in English required
