What You Will Be Doing The National Accounts Representative serves as the primary internal liaison for high-volume, strategic national accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and full compliance with contractual obligations. This role manages end-to-end order administration and replenishment for golf balls, gloves, and accessories, coordinating closely with distribution, credit, and operations to ensure product availability, accurate order execution, and on-time delivery. Leveraging strong analytical skills and attention to detail, the representative proactively mitigates financial and operational risk, resolves billing issues and chargebacks, and operates seamlessly within customer-specific retail systems. Through consistent communication with national account buying teams and continuous process improvement, this role plays a critical part in strengthening key partnerships and driving operational excellence.

What You Bring

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably within the golf industry or supporting national accounts/large merchants

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, EDI, and Metaviewer

Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with key partners

Pay Range: $57,460.00-$71,240.00
