
Workday Techno-Functional Consultant: HCM & Integrations

CTG is seeking a skilled Workday Techno-Functional Consultant to configure Workday HCM/Finance modules, develop integrations, and support business processes.

Dallas, TX Duration:
10 months Key Responsibilities: Configure Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Financials).
Build and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio.
Develop reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and business process frameworks.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of Workday experience, with strong expertise in at least one functional area.
Hands-on experience with Workday integrations and reporting tools.
Workday certifications (HCM, Integrations, Financials) preferred.
Experience with APIs, XML, XSLT, SOAP/REST; Agile/Scrum environments a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
