HVAC Technical Sales Representative

My client is a top notch HVAC Mechanical Contractor who is actively looking for an HVAC Technical Sales Representative for the Northern Virginia / Washington DC market. Duties include: Increase and maintain business opportunities by working with prospects and customers to identify their needs and present company products and services to meet those needs. Create targeted and effective proposals, answer questions and objections in an effective and responsible manner. Create cost estimates for HVAC Project and Maintenance scopes of work. Survey mechanical systems, equipment, and job conditions. Increase existing customer interaction and/or other services by maintaining ongoing relationships and insuring customer satisfaction. Self generate leads within the identified vertical markets and geographical regions. Looking for: Five (5) or more years of proven technical HVAC industry experience working directly with our target markets. HVAC Field experience preferred. Professional, dynamic presence and ability to communicate with people of all levels. Initiative-taking, relentless sales focus. Excellent written and verbal skills at technical and professional level. Ability to work independently in a demanding environment with measurable goals. Keen intelligence and negotiation skills.
