RoleSummary: TheFulfillment Specialist position in a fulfillment center is a general labor position that reports toaFulfillment Center Supervisor and/or Manager. Responsibilities include all vendor compliance duties including answering email dispositions,maintainingT-SKU logs, and working client VAS.

Responsibilities:

Check and document the work of others according to established guidelines.

Maintain cycle count and quality assurance programs.

Ability to understand inventory knowledge to make sound decisions on the cancellation of customer orders.

Reconcile and report any audit discrepancies.

Proactivelyseek outimprovements in processes.

Prepare andsubmitreports to track daily,weekly,and monthly metrics as assigned.

Ability to understand and work withAndroidequipment.

Support andmaintainthecompanyquality management system and programs.

Responsible for auditing no less than the prescribed percentage of inbound and outbound shipments daily.

Work overtime asdeemednecessary by management.

Assistin the daily sanitation of assignedareatoinsurean efficient, safe andhazard freeproduction environment.

Assistother members of the FCteam,in any way possible, asdeterminedby FC management and supervisors.

Meet or exceed company standards on attendance, punctuality, conduct,safety,and security.

Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment and changes in procedures.

Ability to decipher process of mis-ships to clients.

Ability to work within Microsoft Office

Researchofnon-compliant customer returns.

Ability to communicate well with clients.

Must be cross trained in anadditionaldepartment.

Train on and follow standard operating procedures.

Locateand recognizebarcodeson client products.

Use functions of the RF Android for the purpose ofputaway, replenishment, picking, and sorting functions.

Inductproduct intosortationprocessof the tilt tray sorter and PTL.

Identifyproperpackage type forpackingprocess. Corrugate or bags based on client specifications.

Follow safety guidelines when workingaround conveyororpick carts.

Loading trucks by hand, using conveyance, pallet jacks or PIT asrequired

Perform routine value-added services based upon client.

Cross-trainingon otherclientand fulfillment processes.

Training new hires as needed.

Working as directed by lead or supervisors.

May berequiredto perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

One to two years related experience and/or training in warehousing or distribution operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal interaction and social skills.

Goodproblem-solvingskills.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,operatingand maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

Must adhere to facility requirementsregardingthe handling of specific products andthe reportingof illness. This includes personal hygiene standards, such as frequent hand washing, the storage of lunches / personal items, food in the workareaand the wearing of clothes that are free from soil contaminants and holes.

Ability to stand for extended periods oftime.

Good vision and hearing for verbal communication and forklift safety

Manhattan WMS experience preferred.

Mustbe able to lift 50 lbs.
