Role Summary The Sales Operations Internship will provideopportunityfor the intern to learn various processes and tools used by the Radial Sales Operations team in support of Sales & Marketing goals and projects. These opportunities and skillsinclude;
Salesforce System Administration and Data Clean-up
Sales Reporting and Documentation
Target Account List Building and Lead Management
Responsibilities
Salesforce data clean-up and data auditing
Problem-solve for areas of improvement within the sales systems / process.
Research accounts/leads, identify key players and decision makers and generate interest.
Other ad hoc requests, projects, and support as needed.
Qualifications
Understanding of Salesforce system
Knowledge of sales data and processes
Exposure to identifying quality leads and increasing awareness through outreach.
Ability to be available at least 4 days a week, 5 hours a day, for a period of 8-10 weeks.
Outstanding interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate effectively.
Comfortable dealing with complexity and ambiguity
Outgoing, independent, self-motivated, and proactive
Highly resourceful, good in first time/ new situations
Working towards a Bachelor's degree - Business, Marketing or Finance preferred
Skilled in Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Travel This position is remote. Travel is not required.
