
Instructional Designer

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design, develop, and deliver engaging learning solutions that support skill development across the organization. This role partners closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create effective, high-quality training aligned with adult learning principles and Lam’s branding standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain engaging learning solutions using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, and Camtasia
Collaborate with SMEs to understand training needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions
Lead the design and implementation of adult learning experiences that address skill gaps
Apply adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and Lam branding standards
Manage projects, including scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication
Utilize a variety of learning modalities and technologies to create effective training content
Iterate on designs based on feedback and evolving business needs
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in instructional design and eLearning development
Proven experience with Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, and Camtasia
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks
Experience managing projects, including scope and schedule
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, especially PowerPoint
Strong communication and collaboration skills, including working with global stakeholders
Ability to design creative, learner-focused solutions in a collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in technical or engineering-driven environments
Familiarity with multiple learning technologies and delivery modalities
Strong portfolio demonstrating eLearning design and development work
