Job Title: Instructional Designer

Location: Tualatin, OR 97062 (ON SITE)

Pay Range: $44 – 46/Hr. On W2 (Depending on Experience/Interview)

Duration: Contract Role (Possible Extension or Temp to Hire for Right Candidate)

Shift times: Monday to Friday 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM

Job Description:

Design, develop & maintain engaging and effective learning solutions using Articulate Storyline 360, and Camtasia.

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to understand design needs and determine the best learning solutions.

Lead the design and implementation of adult learning experiences that close skill gaps.

Ensure that adult learning, learning design, and branding standards are applied and followed.

Experience managing projects, including scope and schedule.

Proven experience as an Instructional Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Articulate Storyline 360 and Camtasia.

5+ years of experience designing and developing online learning.

Experience applying adult learning principles, theories, concepts, and development.

Familiarity and expertise with multiple technologies & modalities, as well as practical experience in the application of training development models.

Well-versed and extremely proficient in PowerPoint as a design tool, as well as the other Microsoft 365 suite tools.

Experience with learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360/Rise and Camtasia.

Ability to design creative solutions using an iterative and collaborative approach.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to communicate with global Subject Matter Experts and colleagues.
