Kruse Motors is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. The sales consultant is responsible for assisting customers throughout the buying process, building strong relationships, and achieving sales goals. The ideal candidate is motivated, professional, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
No previous auto sales experience is required — applicants from restaurant, retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, and banking industries are strongly encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Guide customers through sales process from initial contact to closing
Conduct needs assessment by asking questions and actively listening to your customer
Explain product performance, features, options, and benefits to clients describing all optional equipment available to them
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions
Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships
Continue to seek new clients through cold calling, networking, and industry
Maintain a professional appearance and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Sales Professional Skills & Requirements:
Effective listening and customer relationship management
Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented mindset
Excellent customer service and problem‑solving skills
Professional appearance and punctuality
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desire to learn and grow successfully
Sales Professional Qualifications:
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Must be 18 years or older
Strong written and verbal communication skills
