to lead and elevate the performance of our Assisted Living campuses. The position has oversight of, and provides general support to assigned Assisted Living communities.
Responsibilities
Oversees Executive Directors:
Hires, trains and supervises assigned Executive Directors
Monitors work performance and provides on‑going feedback and support
Monitors financial performance, census and customer service indicators and follows‑up appropriately with Executive Director
Addresses performance issues promptly and effectivelyEncourages professional development and promotes training and educational opportunities
Ensures that performance reviews are completed for all employees of assigned sites
Performs annual audit of site operations for all assigned communities and develops corrective plans as needed
Provides general support to assigned facilities:
Assists with budget preparation
Assists Executive Director with customer services issues, family concerns, employee performance problems, and other issues as needed
Serves as a resource regarding regulations pertaining to Assisted Living and property management
Provides back‑up to Executive Director as needed
Acts as the functioning ED for the community as needed
Participates as part of the corporate Assisted Living management team and assists with:
Problem solving
Development of policies & procedures
Process improvement initiatives/implementation at sites
Exploration of new product and service lines
Serves as contact with owners:
Ensures regular meetings with owners where financial and operational issues are discussed
Solicits feedback from owners regarding community performance and potential new initiatives
Communicates promptly and appropriately with owners regarding significant resident care and employee issues
Serves as liaison between owners and Ebenezer Corporate Office
Required Qualifications
B.S./B.A. Housing, Business or related field or10 years equivalent experience as an AL Executive Director or Regional Executive Director
7 years As Regional Executive Director or AL Executive Director
Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) or Licensed Health Services Executive (LHSE) BELTSS Board
Drivers License (in good standing)

Compensation Disclaimer The posted pay range is for a 40‑hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
