In this role, you will provide an unparalleled level of personalized service, foster deep client relationships, and contribute meaningfully to business growth through elevated conversion and long‐term loyalty. The Watches & Fine Jewelry (WFJ) Advisor will work alongside a diverse sales team, and report to Boutique’s leadership.**What impact you can create at CHANEL:*** Enchant clients from the moment they enter the boutique by creating excitement and desire around the product and the brand.* Optimize client experience by providing prompt, professional, and sincere service for all guests.* Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.* Demonstrate a can-do attitude in every situation to constantly raise the level of service provided and consistently exceed client expectations.* Deliver exceptional after-sales service including the taking-in of repairs and providing consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.**You are energized by:*** The history and heritage of The House of CHANEL* Being truly service minded* Utilizing your fashion expertise to inspire others* Building collaborative partnerships and relationships in a team-focused environment* Fostering a meaningful client experience centered around inclusion and connection* Appreciation for art, beauty and luxury**What you will bring to the team:*** Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively* Understanding of, and passion for, client experience* Excellent communication skills* oreign language skills are preferred but not required* Passion for the House of CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives* Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of CHANEL* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including passionate storytelling around history and heritage.* Exceptional sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and credibility with clients from diverse backgrounds.* Engaged, results-oriented team player and adaptable in a dynamic environment**Position Logistics:*** Minimum of 3 years professional experience in a luxury retailer (preferred) or relevant client-facing role such as hospitality* Ability to lift 15 lbs.* A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays* Front of House: Full-time in-store and in-person presence required to support client sales and client service deliver elevated client service to drive business results \*Chanel, Inc. reserves the right to edit, change, or make exceptions on designations where circumstances where deemed appropriate. **Compensation:*** The anticipated base hourly range for this position is $30 through $40/hr. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position.
