Overview
We are currently seeking a
Junior Sales Rep Intern
to join Primo Brands this summer in Stamford, CT / Greenwich, CT area. The Junior Sales Representative Intern will support the Sales team by assisting with analytics, sales enablement and account support activities. This role is designed to build foundational sales skills through hands‑on experience in retail execution, sales analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration while contributing towards day‑to‑day sales operations.
Duration : Tuesday, May 26, 2026 – Friday, July 31, 2026. Must be available for orientation during the first week (5/26 – 5/29), final project presentation during the last week (7/27 – 7/31) and at least 7 of the 8 weeks between 6/1 – 7/24, excluding unpaid company holidays (Friday, 6/19 & Friday, 7/3). Any known absence must be communicated in advance to the Recruiter, Internship Program leaders and the Hiring Manager.
Schedule/Hours per week : Monday – Friday, 30 - 40 hours per week during the 10-week program. Ability to work in office 3 – 5 days per week based on individual team schedule. Remote workdays and overtime hours must be approved in advance by your manager.
Eligibility : Ability to commute to our Primo Brands Stamford, CT / Greenwich, CT area location and other customer destinations throughout the program. Some travel may be required, including overnight. Currently studying in a Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field at an accredited institution. Junior undergraduate standing preferred; motivated candidates at other academic levels will also be considered. This internship is designed as a paid professional experience and does not include academic credit.
Compensation : $24.00 / hour

Support Weekly Operating Review with Leadership
Maintain and update training materials
Complete in-store work withs
Support POS Maintenance & ROI Analysis
IBC Cooler Tracking
POS Ordering & Catalog Updates
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth sales execution
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales planning activities
Deliver a final presentation or capstone project summarizing key learnings and project outcomes
Qualifications
Currently studying in a Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field at an accredited institution
Strong interest in sales, customer development, and commercial operations
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and presentations
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and follow‑up skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred
Analytical thinking and problem‑solving
Time management and prioritization
Professional communication (written and verbal)
Willingness to learn and grow within a sales organization
